Bubble Bath Base - Instructions for use:

Gently stir or fold in the desired amount (up to 1%) of skin safe fragrance oil (optional) and skin safe dye (optional). Always add the fragrance oil and dye very slowly, just a drop at a time and fold after each addition until you achieve the desired fragrance strength. With a funnel slowly pour your bubble bath into the dispensing container of your choice and it's ready to use! If you decide to use a fragrance, be certain that you are using a skin safe fragrance.
