Please note that our Customer Pick-up dept. closes sharply at 4 PM daily.

Our pick up center is open only during the hours of 10 AM - 4 PM CST Tuesday - Friday. We are not open Saturday or Sunday. We hope you understand that due to staffing limitations, no exceptions can be made to these hours.

All pick-up orders must be called in at least 24 hours in advance. This gives us time to pull your order and it also gives us time to ensure that we have the merchandise you want in stock before you make the trip.

There is a minimum dollar amount for pick-up orders.

If you are planning a trip to our factory to pick up candle or soap making supplies, be sure that you take the time to read our "Picking Up Supplies" page, otherwise you might waste a trip.
